LIC’s One Act Festival to run through September 19

The third annual One Act Festival kicked off last week at LIC’s Secret Theatre (44-02 23rd St.), and will run through September 19. The festival is the brainchild of the Secret Theatre’s artistic director Richard Mazda, and features 25 one-act plays.
