Mount Sinai Queens, located at 25-20 30th Avenue in Astoria, has a completely new emergency department.

Join healthcare leaders like Caryn A. Schwab, executive director of Mount Sinai Queens, on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. as they celebrate the dedication and ribbon cutting of the newly-opened Stavros Niarchos Foundation Emergency Department.

The new, state-of-the-art department is five times the size of the old department, and will be able to accommodate the needs of the growing Queens population.

The hospital serves as an important healthcare location for western Queens residents, and now they will be able to serve even more residents.
