Hunters Point Community Unity Street Party

Join the Hunters Point Civic Association and the Hunters Point Community Development Corporation for its 21st annual Community Unity Event on Wednesday, September 7th from 5 to 8 p.m.

There will be a clown, face painting, a bouncy castle, games for kids, free food courtesy of local restaurants and a DJ playing salsa, tango and Irish step dance performances.

The street party will take place at John Andrews Playground, also known as Shady Park, on 49th Avenue between Vernon Blvd. and 5th Street.
