Big Brothers Big Sisters to honor Matches of the Year

Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC is honoring the “Queens Matches of the Year” in celebration of National Mentoring Month later today.
From 3 to 5 p.m. at Astoria Bowl, the organization will host a special ceremony for the two matches: Big Brother Jerry Kokkinos and Little Brother Daniel, and Big Sister Eunice Cuevas and Little Sister Guadalupe.
Among those slated to speak is Hector Batista, CEO of BBBS of NYC, the nation’s oldest and NYC’s largest youth mentoring organization.
