Variety Boys & Girls Club learns how chocolate is made at Aigner Chocolates

Last week, the Variety Boys & Girls Club took a field trip to Aigner Chocolates in Forest Hills to learn how chocolate is made… as well as eat some.

Expert chocolatier, Mark Libertini, taught the kids how he makes the various delectables found in his store, and offered the children a plethora of sweets to eat.

“This is the best chocolate I’ve ever had!” exclaimed Michael, a 3rd grade member of the Variety Boys & Girls Club in Astoria. “I don’t think I would be a good chocolate maker, because I would eat all of the chocolate,” he went on to say.

Aigner Chocolates is located at at 103-02 Metropolitan Ave. in Forest Hills. They can be reached at (718) 544 1850 or contact@aignerchocolates.com. Visit their website here.
