Astoria Park Alliance’s 2017 Shore Fest this weekend

The Astoria Park Alliance is hosting its signature event, Shore Fest, in Astoria Park on Saturday, September 16 from 1 to 5 p.m.

The festivities will take place on the Main Lawn, right next to the Bocce Court off Shore Boulevard.

Shore Fest will feature live music from Ithalia Johnson, The East River Blues Band and others. Other activities include potato sack races, egg on a spoon and bean bag toss.
