Young Dems will face Elected Officials in Charity Basketball Game
Continuing an annual tradition, the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens will host a charity basketball game this weekend. The stars of the Queens County Young Democrats will face off against the elected officials of the borough.
Many of you may already know that the state lawmakers play pick-up regularly up in Albany. It’s time to show off their skills back home in Queens.
Last time, the Young Democrats narrowly defeated the electeds, 43-36. It was the first-ever win for QCYD. Will they defend their win this year? Come find out on Saturday night!
All proceeds will benefit the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens.
