W train to make triumphant return on Nov. 7

Riders rejoice, the W is coming back.

Reports have surfaced confirming that the Astoria to Whitehall train will make its return on November 7.

The train, which was discontinued in 2010, is being brought back because the Q will soon be rerouted once the Second Avenue line opens.

It will resume its local service alongside its trusty friend, the N train.
