Bank teller shuts down robbery attempt

Police say that on Friday, October 7, at approximately 11:40 a.m., a woman wearing a gray hoodie with words “New York” sprawled across and blue gloves approaches a bank teller at Santander bank, located at 37-10 Broadway.

She handed the 44-year-old teller a note demanding money. The teller promptly refused, and the robber left the bank without any funds.

Now police are searching for the failed robber, whose photo is seen above.
