Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Realty aims to connect residents with the community

Since 1922, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has grown and evolved into one of the region’s preeminent real estate brokerage firms.

Now, the real estate company is calling Astoria it’s home.

This new office, led by manager Donna Rubertone, is the organization’s 29th, and has been in development since 2018.

The office is located in the WeWork Building at 35-37 36th Street in Astoria.

The firm held a grand opening party in the WeWork building last week. They ordered cookies from Chip NYC and invited all of their WeWork neighbors.

At the party, we spoke to agent Daniela Gambino, a sales agent on the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Astoria / LIC team.

With a previous background in interior design, Daniela now uses her keen eye for art and fashion to help clients find their dream home! ⁣

As a self-described “foodie,” some of Daniela’s favorite spots in Astoria are Taverna Kyclades, Antika, and The Ditty. ⁣

“We want to connect residents with the community. We want to engage with them, sharing happenings from around the community and referring good local businesses,” said Daniela Gambino, a Daniel Gale Agent.

“That’s the identity of our Astoria / LIC team,” said Gambino. “It’s more than just finding great deals for buyers and renters… it’s about making home feel like home,” she added.

The firm launched an Instagram and Facebook page dedicated to sharing local food, events, and of course, properties.
