Seven-story building on 31st Street sold for $4.6 million

Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of 25-79 31st Street, a 19,715 buildable square-foot site in Astoria, for $4.6 million.
The property was purchased by Joseph Grgas.
The development site has fully approved plans for a seven-story mixed-use building, with a commercial or community facility space on the ground floor and 23 residential units.
The units are a mix of 11 one-bedrooms, ten 1.5 bedrooms, and two two-bedrooms. The building will have below-grade private parking, a sky deck, a gym, bike storage and a private outdoor space in every apartment.
The building is located near the N/W trains at 30th Avenue and Astoria Boulevard.
