Ditmars-Steinway is second priciest neighborhood in Queens
The Ditmars-Steinway section of Astoria is the second most expensive neighborhood in Queens, according to PropertyShark.com.
The area’s median sale price in the second quarter of 2019 was $964,000, according to a report by the organization. That was just behind Malba in northeast Queens, which had a median sale price of $1.12 million.
According to PropertyShark, Ditmars-Steinway saw a 79 percent increase in median sale price.
TriBeCa remains the most expensive neighborhood in New York City at $4.34 million, followed by Hudson Yards at $3.68 million. Little Italy snagged the third spot, and Cobble hill jumped to seventh.
